Leading High-Performing Teams

Stop putting out fires and start building a team that owns the work.

Most managers are never taught how to lead people and must figure it out alone. Leading High-Performing Teams fills that gap through a 5-week cohort experience that builds the foundational skills—clarity, feedback, delegation, and coaching—that turn good individuals into leaders their teams actually want to follow.

Leadership Intensive Structure

Three Half-Day Live Virtual Sessions

Over the month, you will participate in three two-hour sessions over Zoom. In Elevate Labs, we don’t believe in reading off of slides: you’ll have dynamic discussions with your classmates, hear some terrible puns from your facilitator, and be expected to contribute. During the session, you can expect to spend about an hour in small break-out groups and have a 10 minute mid-session bio / dance break.

Powerful Cohort Experience

During the live sessions and online, you’ll be paired with your own Board of Directors. This group of 5-6 will serve as your practice partners, your confidants, your cheerleaders, and your supporters as you learn new skills and experiment in your normal work. You’ll meet with the same group consistently during the live sessions, and collaborate on on-the-job practice between sessions.

Immersive Online Activities

NovoEd, our online learning and reinforcement platform, is an award-winning online platform trusted by many of the world’s most successful companies to enhance the value of learning through ongoing reinforcement and collaboration. You’ll have access to NovoEd starting 2 weeks before the first live class, and you’ll get to meet your classmates and prepare for the program. During the program, you’ll have assignments on NovoEd - opportunities to practice the skills you’re learning and collaborate with your Board of Directors. You’ll also have access to additional resources to take your learning to the next level.
