You have your own tools? No problem. The Culture Strategist will take the data you have and provide analysis and the “so what”: actionable resources you can move on immediately.

  • We have a team of organizational development experts across industries with deep experience creating systems to support organizations like yours. During your initial intake, we’ll identify a match for you given your goals and needs.

  • You’ll meet your Culture Strategist once a month to go over successes and challenges of the past month and create a plan for culture in the following month. You can expect the meeting to go something like this:

    • 10 minutes - You share current challenges / frustrations

    • 10 minutes - Culture Strategist shares updates, analysis, and themes from your data

    • 20 minutes - You & Culture Strategist brainstorm potential approaches, drawing from Elevate Labs’s library of tools and resources

    • 5 minutes - Culture Strategist finalizes the next month’s plan, including 1-2 quick wins and 2-3 strategic plays, along with notes to incorporate into other Culture Kit offerings

    These might shift and change over time, depending on your needs, your relationship with your Culture Strategist, and the extent of your use of Elevate Labs services.

  • We’re not here to give you another 100 slide PowerPoint deck that sits on some executive’s chair. We’re in the trenches with you, figuring out your real problems and giving you concrete, tested tools to implement tomorrow. We’ll walk through the data we see and Elevate Labs’s exclusive library to create actionable, concrete next steps.

  • If you’re purchasing a Culture Kit package, your dedicated Culture Strategist will be included for free.

    If you are looking for a Culture Strategist separately, we’ll work with you to set a specific scope depending on your needs. That said, you can expect it to be in the range of $5-10,000 depending on exactly what you’re looking for.
