Executive Compass Structure

Step 1: Wayfinder 360

Every leader has blind spots—habits or behaviors they don’t realize are getting in the way. Our Wayfinder 360 uses targeted feedback from direct reports, peers, and managers to reveal where there’s misalignment between intent and impact.

Leaders walk away with clear themes, practical insights, and a roadmap to improve team communication, trust, and performance.

Step 2: Identify Your Focus

Together, we will go through your Wayfinder 360 Report and identify critical areas you want to focus on in your coming sessions. Below are sample topics to choose:

Step 3: Topic Deep Dives

Following the initial alignment session, we will have 4 Topic Deep Dive sessions. These topic deep dives are a chance to go deep into the areas you have prioritized to understand why this topic is important to you, what is holding you back, and learn and practice a specific tool that you can put into action immediately.

Throughout, you will have opportunities for practice and reflection, guided by reflection prompts and check-in emails at the frequency you request to hold you accountable to your commitments.
